Time to post a personal project. When I bought my wedding dress, I knew it would look AMAZING with an old Hollywood style. That wasn’t exactly what I wanted for the wedding day but but I still wanted an excuse to get all done up. So Emma Ribeira did my hair. Down with pin curls and a broach used as a hair accessory. She did fantastic! The hair, the gown, the red lipstick; I felt perfect in the Dita Vonteese – esq roll! Went to Studio 020 in Draper so we could do it in studio. I hadn’t been in studio with the lights and everything since I graduated college in 2010. It was so fun to dust off these old skills I hadn’t used in so long. I had a blast and I felt so pretty! I also was planning to go to a gala a few days later, so I took a few in that dress at the end of my session. I typically specialize in weddings and natural light, but do break out the speed lights for receptions and an occasional with a sunset or something for dramatic effect. But if anyone wants something like this for their formals, I would love to stretch my wings again! Give me a call!
